After heavy hail damage to our 3yr old roof & fence, Hawk III immediately came out for a thorough inspection. Joey & Eric Hawkins walked us through how to identify the damage and even patched our neighbor’s roof for free where some shingles were loose! Hawk III met with the insurance adjuster on site & kept us informed throughout the process. Hawk III was not pushy & was very flexible with our roof replacement date to meet our schedule. They removed the damaged roof & installed the replacement roof all in 1 day! They used high quality 30yr shingles that matched the coloring & architecture of our neighborhood. Their team of workers were very professional & were sure to protect our back garden & front landscaping throughout the process. The workers even did a few extra items that the original roofers hadn’t done (eg blocking wildlife access in the roof eaves) & cleaned up when done. Hawk III seems to genuinely care about their workers & take care of them.We also had hail damage to our outdoor wooden structures so Hawk III pressurewashed & re-stained our fence & wooden garage doors, matching the color of our other exterior non-damaged wood. A number of our neighbors are discussing projects with Hawk III & thru the recent wind & rain, the roof looks to be holding up well!
